Two Sun Prairie, Wis. Public, Education, and Government channels are coming to Madison-area TDS TV customers in standard definition and, for the first time, in high definition as well.

We plan to launch KSUN and KIDS-4 on January 18 in Bagley, Black Earth, Bloomington, Cassville, Cross Plains, Dickeyville, Fennimore, Fitchburg, Lancaster, Middleton, Monroe, New Glarus, Potosi, Sun Prairie, Verona, and Waunakee.

Tune in to KSUN on channels 13 (SD) and 1013 (HD) for a variety of local programming. You’ll find Sun Prairie government meetings, city hall news, and Cardinals sports along with dozens of other shows. KSUN has national news, home tips, and health programs too (plus a lot more) making it a great area resource. (Note: they even offer on demand content!)

KIDS-4, the country’s only access channel in the country designed to serve children, is also coming to TDS TV on channels 14 (SD) and 1014 (HD). What’s perhaps even more special is that it’s TV for kids by kids—the channel helps teach Sun Prairie kids 9-14 all aspects of TV production as part of a collaborative program. The programming reflects the interests and creativity of kids in this age group. There’s Star Wars Battlefront play, how-to shows, and lots of live TV too.

Enjoy!
