TDS wins Business of the Year award

TDS Telecom was proud to be named the Hayden Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year at the chamber’s annual Business Excellence Awards on Jan. 25.

“We are truly honored to be named Business of the Year. We’re proud of our work to connect residents and businesses in North Idaho with fast and reliable internet, TV, and phone services,” said Sandy Raudebaugh, TDS associate manager of Field Marketing who accepted the award.

TDS’ fiber internet network features speeds up to 8 Gig, allowing customers to upload and download files of any size nearly instantaneously. 10 Gig dedicated connections are available for businesses. In addition to fast internet, TDS TV product, TDS TV®+, offers local and national networks, integration with popular streaming services, the ability to start shows over, and cloud DVR. Phone packages and service bundles are also available.

Besides its services, helping the communities it serves is a core part of TDS’ mission, as the company is active in supporting a number of great North Idaho organizations and local events.

“We are especially grateful to work with organizations like the Hayden Chamber of Commerce that make North Idaho a great place to live and work,” Raudebaugh said.

As Hayden Chamber President and CEO Andrea Fulks said during the presentation of the award: “TDS recognizes small town values while they build something big that will serve our community for years to come.”

In addition to the Business of the Year Award, TDS has been named Best Internet Provider in the Business Journal of North Idaho’s annual competition for two years in a row.
