During the early morning hours of Friday, April 10, some TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) customers in the greater Sauk Prairie, Wisconsin area may experience a temporary service interruption due to essential network maintenance. The planned outage is expected to last up to six hours, beginning shortly after midnight. TDS is reaching out to impacted customers to share information about this planned outage.

During this scheduled maintenance window, impacted customers in Sauk City and Prairie du Sac will temporarily lose access to TDS internet, TV, and phone services—including 911 calling. Emergency calls made from mobile devices will continue to work normally.

TDS crews are completing critical work to replace a key equipment hub that sustained extensive damage in December as the result of a vehicle collision. Although temporary fixes were made to restore service, the equipment cabinet requires replacement to finalize repairs. Scheduling this work overnight helps minimize disruption for customers.

Services will restore automatically when work is complete. If any additional updates are needed about this scheduled network maintenance, they will be provided on the TDS Outage Information page.
