I subscribe to HBO and Cinemax through a DISH/TDS Phone Internet bundle. My guide still shows that neither HBO nor Cinemax are available; they have been removed by the provider. Why is this? Is DISH still in contract negotiations with them? I thought when TDS announced the dispute had been resolved we would once again have those channels.

TDS’ recent negotiation with Nexstar impacted only certain channels for TDS TV and cable subscribers. DISH is it’s own, separate, service and from what I’m reading in the press, they’re still down with HBO.
