TDS TV reaches agreement with AMC Networks

AMC logo

Excellent news! After weeks of contract negotiations, TDS TV has reached an agreement with AMC Networks that will keep five channels in our lineup for the foreseeable future.

Those channels are AMC, BBC America, BBC World, IFC and WeTV. We’re pleased to be able to continue to provide this programming to our customers.

Our previous contract with AMC Networks expired at the end of 2015, and negotiations went down to the wire as the National Cable Television Cooperative─of which TDS TV is a member─worked to keep programming costs under control and fair for millions of cable subscribers, including you.

Oh, and zombie lovers: The sixth season of “The Walking Dead” resumes on Valentine’s Day. Isn’t that sweet?

As always, thank you for being a TDS TV customer. We value your business, and we appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
