Stay strong TDS. ABC isn’t worth a rate increase. We support TDS.

As a consultant whose clients are small, rural telephone cooperatives, I can attest to the truth of your letter regarding Nexstar. A similar case can be made about TEGNA, Sinclair, Gray and others. My typical retransmission negotiation is on behalf of 300 or 400 subscribers and I thoroughly understand TDS’ lack of leverage. I am grateful for TDS using its resources to bring this issue to the Chairman’s attention in a way that focuses on the manner in which large broadcast owners frustrate ordinary Americans to achieve their rapacious financial objectives. Good luck!
