Great news! TDS has reached a new multi-year agreement with Nexstar Media Group to bring their channels back to our lineup.
We know you’ve felt caught in the middle and we appreciate you sticking by us. We received hundreds of responses to our request for feedback. We also read all your blog and social media comments. Lots of you even raised your concerns to the FCC. Your voice was heard!
Our teams are restoring channels now. To see the channels more quickly, you’ll need to manually reset your set-top box(es). Alternatively, you can wait for the system to refresh automatically, but know it could take up to 5 hours.
It is important to reset the set-top boxes using the MENU and not by unplugging the set-top box or DVR. If the DVR is unplugged while recording a program the hard drive on the DVR can become corrupt.
- Press the Menu button on the remote.
- Select Settings from the top menu.
- Select Restart System.
- The next screen will ask “Are you sure?” Select Restart.
As we promised, bill credits are being issued in February statements for programming missed in January.
