BIG EYESBig Eyes
Tim Burton’s quirky and entertaining drama about painter Margaret Keane, who’s work was taken credit for by her husband. The films tracks her massive success in the 1950s and subsequent legal battles to take back control of her work and life. Amy Adams, as Keane, is magnificent. Available April 14.

Woman in Black 2, Angel of Death
Taking place 40 years after the first film, “Woman in Black 2” is about a group of children that arrive at Eel Marsh House during WWII. The film doesn’t have quite the same creep factor as the original, but there’s still a lot to make your skin crawl. Available April 14.

It’s a weaker version of the original, but just as crude and sophmoric. The jokes come fast and furious with things hitting their mark on occasion, making the trip worthwhile if your in mood for this kind of silliness. Available April 17.

taken3Taken 3
Bad guys have killed Liam Neeson’s ex-wife. Neeson is framed for the murder by said bad guys. Bad move. Everyone’s favorite man with ‘a very particular set of skills’ has to find the true killers, clear his name, and protect his daughter. Available April 21.

Cake
Jennifer Aniston is excellent as an acerbic woman wracked with pain (both mental and physical) who becomes obsessed with the suicide of a woman in her therapy group. Available April 21.
