As of 4:30 p.m. central time on Friday, May 12, 2017, the outage was officially resolved. We have identified two technical issues created the widespread outage. UPDATE: 4:30 p.m. CST – Outage situation continues to improve. Many markets are back up and operating as normal. UPDATE: 2:30 p.m. CST: Outage situation beginning to improve community by community. We do not have an estimated time for full restoration at this time; however, our Network Services and Engineering teams continue working to restore services. Once we are fully restored we will develop a full assessment of all the impacts to our customers. We understand how important your internet, phone and TV services are and thank you for your patience during this outage.
UPDATE 12:25pm CST: Widespread outages continue. No estimated time of full restoration available; some sites are beginning to come back up. We have our engineering and technical teams working toward a resolution as fast as possible. Call volume is very high and will not result in any new information on the outage. There is no need to call in to report your service outage. Thank you for your continued patience.
